Cancellations & Returns

Our support hours are Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 5 PM, Indian Standard Time. 

After placing the order, the customer can cancel the order within 2 hours, if he/she wishes to, by emailing us at info@MeluhaLifestyle.com or Call / WhatsApp us at +91-98759-11222. Goods once opened will not be processed for returns and exchanges.

In case payment has already been made, the refund will be processed within 5 business days.

In a rare case of defective and damaged goods also email us at info@MeluhaLifestyle.com. The returns and exchanges are the sole discretion of MELUHA lifestyle® and the policy can be modified without prior notice.
